This program is designed to handle Difficult Employee issues or problems faced by many organizations. Participants shall be exposed to employee problems, classified into 3 severity levels, based on 6 categories of problems. Participants shall then be introduced to methodology of control and management to stabilize and improve the condition. The program aspires to provide participants with the necessary skills to develop highly effective team.
