Basic Retailing & Sales Management
Overview
This program was specially developed for entrepreneurs. This course aims to give those in B40 category the entrepreneurship skills, a thorough understanding of retail business and equip them with the necessary knowledge, skills, practical techniques and tips to venture and/or gain income from retail business. This module will cover both; offline and online retail business. Among the topics to be covered are;
Topic 1: Introduction to retail business;
Topic 2: Retail sales and promotion
Topic 3: Day to day retail operation
Topic 4: Stock ordering and inventory control
Topic 5: Retail finance.
Objective
- Upon completion of this program, participants would be able to gain a greater understanding of the requirement and initial capital to start a retail business. Participant will be guide and coach to come up with the business idea generation, build an ability to lead, organize and control retail operations.
