Team Supervision – Supervisory Leadership Excellence: Developing Team for High Performance
Overview
This program highlights the important characteristics of leadership at team supervisory level. Participants shall be exposed to the concepts of supervisory leadership framework which include the characteristics of having attractive team goals, with good and likable character, competent against required standards, yet open for continuous activities for advancement through innovation, capable of energizing team through effective communication and keen to develop team towards high level performance.
Objective
- Provide concepts of Supervisory Leadership Framework that shall include determination, with total clarity, the accurate & attractive team objectives, building of positive supervisory character, development of full supervisory competency, building performance advancement skills and indoctrinating inspiring communication intelligence
- Provide application methodology and action plan to build lasting leadership characteristics
- Expected outcomes – Participants will be able to lead the team with expertise and mastery, resulting in highly committed team towards achievement of high team performance
