Overview

For each element of the framework, this program shall provide participants with the necessary concepts and applications. Where appropriate, case study and workshops shall also be used to ensure better comprehension and understanding of the skill theory and application.

Objective

  • a. Provision of Leadership – Coaching and Mentoring – Developing Team for Competency and Commitment Framework
  • b. Provision of concepts and application of Coaching and Mentoring Element and Processes
  • c. Provision of methodology to complete the development processes through Counselling and Disciplinary processes
  • d. Expected Outcomes:
  • • Participants should be able to lead and develop their team with higher confidence level.
  • • When practice on regular basis, team competency and commitment shall improve and positively result in higher team performance
