Overview
This program highlights the important characteristics of leadership at full functional level. Participants shall be exposed to the concepts of managerial leadership framework which include the characteristics of having attractive departmental goals, with good and likable character, competent & respectable against required standards, yet open for continuous activities for advancement through innovation, capable of energizing team through effective communication and keen to develop team towards high level performance.
Objective
- Provide concepts of Managerial Leadership Framework that shall include determination, with total clarity, the accurate & attractive departmental objectives, building of positive managerial character, development of full managerial competency, building performance advancement skills and indoctrinating inspiring communication intelligence
- Provide application methodology and action plan to build lasting highly committed and energized leadership characteristics
- Expected outcomes – Participants will be able to lead the department with expertise and mastery, resulting in highly committed team towards achievement of high performance.
