Culture of Excellence – Going Beyond Expectations: Best Practices Standardization Culture and Sustainable Development

Overview

This program will provide necessary methodology and processes to establish "Culture of Excellence" based on Japanese and German experiences. Participants will be exposed to the definition of doing right thing of "Meeting Standard", "Exceeding Standard" and "Excellence or Outstanding Standard". Participants will be exposed to go "Beyond Excellence" to reach the "Benchmark Standard".

Objective

  • Provide concepts of Standard and Culture of Excellence and its application in competency, quality decision, product feature, product quality, productivity, and performance achievement.
  • Provide concepts of creating standard and methodology of standardization.
  • Provide concepts of focus improvement exceeding standard and re-standardization.
  • Provide concepts of focus improvement going for excellence standard and re-standardization.
  • Provide concepts of focus improvement to the level of innovation to achieve benchmark status.
  • Expected outcomes:
  • a. Participants will appreciate how the Japanese and German practice Excellence Culture and compelled to practice standardization and re-standardization cycle to improve their competency, process quality, product quality, customer service quality, productivity, safety, environment, etc.
  • b. Provided with adequate resources and encouragement, the organization will benefit through non-stop focus improvement in many fields in the organization.
