Overview

Safety consideration is one of the important aspect in any development and operations activities. It is a legal requirements by the laws and regulations under Occupational Safety and Health Act, OSHA 1994.

The establishment of Safety and Health Committee is part of legal requirement under OSHA 1994. In order to meet both legal and administrative requirements, the management of the organization involved in any activities must know the requirements and how to comply with.

This unique training course will focuses on hand-on approach. It will be useful in term of providing clear knowledge and guideline to make participant better understanding of the proper way to establish the Safety Committee and how to plan and run activities under the committee.

Objective

  • To create a safety awareness especially on workplace area to comply with legal requirements (OSHA 1994) of Establish Safety and Health Committee
