Overview

Compliance with OH&S legal requirement is a must for all organization. Updating the agreement without proper tolls might end up with unorganized documentation. One practical way to systematically organized the statutory register is by having an updated visual presentation of legal compliance. This course is designed to expose the participant on the real experience of evaluating legal requirement that is relevant to the workplace. The participant will be referring to OSHA 94 and FMA67 during the practical sessions.

The main target of this course is to measure current legal compliance to OS&H requirement of the organizations for effective HSE management.

Objective

  • Identify sections and regulations in OSHA 94 that relevant to organisations.
  • Identify sections and regulations in FMA 67 that relevant to organizations.
  • Gauge the level of compliance with OSHA 94.
  • Gauge the level of compliance with FMA 67.
  • Generate Legal register for the organizations.
