Overview
This course focuses on the importance of knowledge on efficiency in safe chemical handling. The training methodology will be presented in the form of lectures and interactive sessions to ensure the content is presented effectively.
This course is designed covering various aspects from the identification of hazardous chemical and workplace hazard, handling of chemicals and the actions for control measure. The main target of this course is to protect workers from chemical hazards.
Objective
- Identify chemical and work environment hazard.
- Describe risk and safety measure from SDS.
- Identify prevention measures in the various stages in the life span of the chemicals.
- Identify the action for the control measure.
