Overview

Environmental consideration is one of the important aspect in any industry development and operations. It is a legal requirements by the laws and regulations both federal and state government. Apart from that, nowadays it became a sosial obligation for the industries to contribute in environmental conservation.

In order to meet all the both legal and administrative requirements, the management of the company involved in any types of industry must know the requirements and how to comply with.

Under the Environmental Quality Act 1974 requirements that any industry which generate a scheduled waste need to comply with the scheduled waste management as stated in the law including handling, storage and dispossal. The Environmental Quality (Scheduled Waste) Regulation 2005 require anybody who dealing with scheduled wate such as scheduled waste generator or transporter must follow the legal requirements on scheduled waste management under the regulation.

This unique training course will focuses on hand-on approach. It will be useful in term of providing clear knowledge and guideline to make participant better understanding of the proper way in scheduled waste management and in the same time reduce the operation and other related costs.
