Overview
Behavioural approaches to safety management are now commonplace and are designed to improve workplace safety by promoting those behaviours deemed critical to health, safety and risk control.
Failure to consider human factors in Safety Management can cause an increasing percentage of injuries in the workplace, damaging reputation, declining productivity levels, increasing the cost of compensation and medical.
Practising and implementing BBS in your workplace is not a CHOICE. Still, it is a must to achieve the ultimate target of establishing Safety Culture to your existing Safety Management System/practice, and it should be part of your organization GOAL.
