Overview

The program highlights the critical need of building the right skills to the supervisory position. The intended end result of this program is to develop skills to the level that will build the leadership capability of managing subordinates and team to the highest level commitment to realize the achievement of outstanding performance.

The program shall use the latest framework, concepts and tools typically used by high performance organization. The program will also introduce the organization transformation tools that must be used by supervisory position to transform subordinates or team to be able to take up greater challenge and stretched organization goals.

Objective

  • Recognize the organization goals requirements, as well as the desire to achieve outstanding performance requirement.
  • Set the right goals relevant to the requirements of organization strategy.
  • Identify areas of weaknesses and build the right management skills to bring subordinates or team to the highest commitment level, determine critical actions plan, and communicate well during plan implementation processes.
  • Come out with special actions plan to enhance the above mentioned capabilities to mastery level skills to realize the achievement of outstanding level performance.
