This course will provide participants with necessary tools for processes of fast assessment of project failures, determination of causes and factors, determination of recovery actions and identification of critical constraints and success factors. These correction or rejuvenation processes will walk participants through every single project element and project processes. A combination of project management tools, planning tools, problem solving tools, decision making tools and risk management tools will be exposed to the participants in the program.

Quality decision making is critical in Planning and Operation stages. Inaccurate decision making in Planning will result in operation failure. Inadequacy in decision making, on the hand, will make organization miss some significant results.

CIP continuous improvement program progressively enhance organization business processes effectiveness, resulting in sustainable profitability, growth and general organization performance improvement.

Improvisation and innovation are important advancement for organization, an approach that is close to or beyond basic improvement initiative. The methodology results the same outcomes. The ideation process requires application of standard creative and innovative techniques in order to ensure it’s validity and value. Ideation process is effective when many “valid” ideas are generated within short period of time, and understood easily by all interested parties.

There are 3 levels of actions typically experienced by organization. Level 3 is called Corrective or Restorative Action – where organization basically does not put in place any preventive measure before starting its activity, hence, the organization experience frequent operation problems.
