CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

This program will introduce primarily 6 SIGMA concept, necessary skills, tools and techniques. Comparison and alignment will then be made between 6 SIGMA and other management systems like ISO 9000, TS16949, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), WCM (World Class Manufacturing), Lean Manufacturing, etc.

Japanese and German Culture of Excellence is based on the continuous practices of focus improvement and innovation. They don’t accept status quo in performance, and continuous improvement in a standard practice. In other words, focus continuous improvement and innovation are “standardized”, hence, “established practice in their culture”. It is with this culture that they achieve “Excellence” in almost all of their undertaking. They have established standardized methodology and processes to establish “Excellence Culture”. They are advocating these methodology and processes throughout the world. Some organizations ae still struggling to understand these methodology and processes. jsutarandomnessThis program will provide necessary methodology and processes to establish “Culture of Excellence” based on Japanese and German experiences. Participants will be exposed to the definition of doing right thing right of “Meeting Standard”, “Exceeding Standard” and “Excellence or Outstanding Standard”. Participants will be exposed further to go “Beyond Excellence” to reach the “Benchmark Standard”.
