Throughout this workshop we will follow the methodology outlined in the book Getting to Yes: Negotiating Agreement Without Giving In and pioneered by the Harvard Program on Negotiations at Harvard Law. This framework emphasizes working together to create mutual gain.

The program is designed with multiple workshops of presentation practices and feedback, for best learning through experiential methodology.
