Participants will learn the accurate methodology of determining processes of project Initiating, Planning, Executing, Controlling and Closing of any project. Within these processes, participants will learn how to determine project scope, objective, schedule, resources, cost, quality and risk. Exposure on typical project execution and reporting issues and problems shall be included in the program.
