CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

This program is designed to handle Difficult Employee issues or problems faced by many organizations. Participants shall be exposed to employee problems, classified into 3 severity levels, based on 6 categories of problems. Participants shall then be introduced to methodology of control and management to stabilize and improve the condition. The program aspires to provide participants with the necessary skills to develop highly effective team.

This program highlights the important characteristics of Drive for Quality Culture – Customer Satisfaction Leadership at organizational level. Participants shall be exposed to the concepts of customer leadership framework, admired by many, which include the characteristics of attractive customer goals, stable and sustainable standard, competent processes, continuous activities for advancement through innovation, capable of energizing team through effective customer performance communication.

Supervisory position responsibility is to ensure his or her team committed objectives are achieved. This will require his or her team to have basic hands-on skills, necessary resources and support to implement activities to achieve intended objectives. Supervisor can practice aggressive approach to force his or her team to achieve objectives. Supervisor can also practice leadership approach to get team full commitment to achieve objectives. The later method has been proven to be the best approach as it secure full commitment and create a much healthier, high morale, high energy, and highly motivated working environment.

This program shall provide participants with the framework of Leadership – Coaching and Mentoring – Developing Team for Competency and Commitment.

Personal leadership is normally indicated by individual characteristic of having very clear strategic direction, with developed or matured behaviour, highly competent at work, very high initiative, and capable of engaging in active and motivating communication with others.
